For individual or small group coaching, we will
talk on the phone once a week or 2 - 4 times per
month. Each call lasts between 30-90 minutes and
we will follow a four step process:
1.
CHECK IN:
-
We will check in with each other and discuss
in detail your most recent performances. I
will ask you a lot of questions, challenge
your current thinking, and provide you with
my insights and feedback on your
performance.
2.
PLAN: -
From our discussion we will devise a plan
specific to your individual needs and
discuss what your goals are and how you will
go about accomplishing your goals for our
next call.
3.
FOLLOW THROUGH -
We will have sustained follow through in
between our phone conversations through
e-mail, text message, phone conversation and
instant messenger. Discussions on your
daily performance and modifications to the
goals and your plan will take place.
4.
BREAKDOWN
- We will then connect on the phone and
breakdown your performance from the last
time we talked to the smallest detail to pin
point your strengths and areas that need
attention. The breakdown and evaluation
phase is where your performance
breakthroughs and "Ahh-Haa" moments will
happen.
Although one or two conversations can help you
move through a slump or other problem, my
preference is to work with you over a prolonged
period of time. I have an educational approach
to Peak Performance and although there are
some quick fixes and band-aids for performance,
consistency takes a combined effort so I request
that you make a minimum of a one-month
commitment.
